Pour la France Métropolitaine, nous pouvons livrer en :

• Home delivery in 48 hours,
• Home delivery in 24 hours,
• Delivery in relay point in 48H,

Le colis est expédié le jour même pour toute commande passée avant 14h00, du lundi au vendredi.

We deliver to the rest of the world via DHL.

We offer delivery to the address of your choice within twenty (20) working days for shipping outside to France from the date of validation of your order.

Nous vous envoyons un email ou sms d’information, ainsi que le lien vers le lien de suivi transporteur dès que votre colis est déposé en logistique. Vous pourrez suivre l’état d’avancement de votre commande via le lien envoyé dans l'email de confirmation de commande.

• What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery ?

If your carrier is Colissimo, the package is delivered directly to your home against a signature. If you are not at home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the card left by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have 45 days to collect the parcel, after which it will be returned to us.

• What is the average time to collect a parcel from a relay point?

Depending on the chosen relay point, the collection time may vary:

• If the relay point is a post office, you can collect your product within fourteen (14) days,
• If the relay point is a shop, you can collect your product within ten (10) days,
• If the relay point is a pick-up point, you can collect your product within five (5) days.

After this period, the package will be returned to us.

• What should I do if I don't receive my order?

Si vous n’avez toujours pas reçu votre colis après les délais annoncés et qu’aucun avis de passage ne vous a été déposé, pensez à vérifier la situation de votre colis en suivant le lien que vous avez reçu par email. Vous pouvez aussi contacter le service client par email à l'adresse suivante : service-client@letanneuretcie.com.

• What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered?

SECTION 2 - RETURN AND REFUND

I wish to return my order

Le retour est offert en France métropolitaine. Vous disposez d'un délai de 30 jours à partir de la date de réception de votre colis pour nous retourner un article. Les articles doivent être retournés neufs, non-utilisés et munis de leur étiquette LE TANNEUR intacte.

Nous vous rappelons qu'aucun retour ne pourra être accepté sans le bon de livraison dans le colis et sans demande préalablement effectuée sur le site.

For international orders (outside mainland France), the costs and risks are borne by the customer.

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will be happy to refund you as soon as possible.

Pour retourner votre commande, nous vous invitons à suivre les étapes suivantes :

 

1. Go to https://www.letanneur.com/pages/retours and enter your order number (without the zeros) and email address entered when ordering,
2. Create a returns request by selecting the product you wish to return and the reason for your return,
3. Put the delivery note you received with your order inside your package,
4. Stick the return label you received in your parcel (only for orders in Metropolitan France) and drop it off at your post office.

• How much does it cost me to return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your product:

• We offer returns within France using the pre-paid return label included in the package,
• International returns are the responsibility of the customer using the carrier of your choice. To facilitate the refund we strongly advise you to use DHL.

If your order is non-compliant (wrong item received, defective item), please contact our customer service by email at the following address: service-client@letanneuretcie.com.

• How long will it take to be reimbursed ?

Your reimbursement will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package by our system, directly via the payment method used when the order was placed.
