    We offer delivery to the address of your choice within twenty (20) working days for shipping outside to France from the date of validation of your order.

    Nous vous envoyons un email ou sms d’information, ainsi que le lien vers le tracking transporteur dès que votre colis est déposé en logistique. Vous pourrez suivre l’état d’avancement de votre commande via le lien envoyé dans l'email de confirmation de commande.

    • What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery ?

    If your carrier is Colissimo, the package is delivered directly to your home against a signature. If you are not at home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the card left by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have 45 days to collect the parcel, after which it will be returned to us.

    • What should I do if I don't receive my order?

    Si vous n’avez toujours pas reçu votre colis après les délais annoncés et qu’aucun avis de passage ne vous a été déposé, pensez à vérifier la situation de votre colis en suivant le lien que vous avez reçu par email.     • What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered?

    SECTION 2 - RETURN AND REFUND

  • I wish to return my order
  • To return your order, please follow the steps below:

    1. Rendez-vous sur la page https://www.letanneur.com/pages/retours et indiquez votre numéro de commande et adresse email.
    2. Create a returns request by selecting the product you wish to return and the reason for your return.
    3. Put your delivery note in your parcel with your product.
    4. Send the package to the following address, using the delivery service of your choice :

    We remind you that returns are at your cost and no returns will be accepted without the delivery receipt in the package, nor without the pre-submitted delivery request on the site.

    • How much does it cost me to return a product?

    If you are not satisfied with your product, you are charge for the return shipping costs, using the carrier of your choice. If the error is on our part (wrong item received, defective item), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs upon proof of purchase.

    • How long will it take to be reimbursed ?

    Your reimbursement will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package by our system, directly via the payment method used when the order was placed.
